Fusion Consulting Group, just over a month after announcing its significant fundraising achievement with SME Capital is delighted to announce a quartet of appointments to its senior team.
With its mission to disrupt professional services by bringing 360o advisory to the underserved SME market, Fusion is pleased to announce the following senior hires:
Aleksandra Jarosz will shortly be joining Fusion Law as Director of Law, having previously worked at an award-winning employee benefits firm as General Counsel. Aleksandra will be heading up the Law division of Fusion as it looks to attain SRA regulation and expands its legal offering.
Chenji Meng will shortly be joining as Head of Fusion Financial, having previously been a Senior Wealth Manager for a Financial Advisory firm in the Midlands. He will devote to expanding the company’s Financial Services proposition as it attracts further AUM from high net worth and corporate clients.
Annabel Swaleh joins as Group Head of Finance, having previously been Finance Manager at a fast growth technology company and will be working with the Directors on M&A and financing initiatives.
Andrew Sheena joins as Group Head of Sales & Marketing, having previously led the sales and marketing functions for Financial Services and Consulting firms across the UK and UAE, and will be steering Fusion’s sales functions both in the UK and South Africa.

Fusion would also like to congratulate Jack Morris who has also been promoted to the senior team as Head of Client Services, a role which will be responsible for client advocacy, client experience and pushing our teams to exceed our client expectations and Pria Lad who has been promoted to Head of Business Operations having managed the back-office function within the group for a number of years.
These new hires will join Fusion’s existing Line of Business leaders and Group Heads who are also in the process of expanding their respective teams within the group.
